Highland Central Hockey Association

HCHA requires all of its coaches to be certified at the proper level and registered with USA Hockey as a coach.  This means ALL parents who wish to skate at practice with their child's team must have a current CEP card at the proper level.  There will ne no exceptions to this policy.
