Highland Central Hockey Association (January 2007) has new hockey jerseys (see design below)! We also have a "new" sock which is white with a red stripe and navy stripe. The patch on the front of the jersey strengthens our association's branding and includes the words "St. Paul." The patch was developed from a conceptual design by HCHA's own, Jim Finnegan. The jerseys were manufactured by Tough Jersey, Inc. of St. Paul, Minnesota.
